Over the past 30+ years, my career has taken me through nearly every corner of the equipment world. I spent many years in equipment sales, helping farmers and businesses choose the right machines for their operations. That experience grew into leading and managing sales teams, where I trained others to understand equipment the way I did — not just by the numbers, but by how it performs in the field.
